These terms govern your use of warblewick.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
Warblewick is an online store selling original children’s products: printed goods featuring our own characters and artwork, and digital downloads. Operator details are given in our Legal Notice.
Every printed product is made to order and produced individually for you. Product photographs and mockups are representations. Colors vary slightly between screens and printed products, and small differences in trim and placement are normal in printed goods.
Digital products are files you download. What they contain, the file format and what you may do with them are set out in our Digital Products Policy.
All prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery within the United States. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price is corrected after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Printed products are shipped within the United States only. Production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
Cancellations, returns and replacements
Because every printed item is made to order, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Damaged, defective, incorrect and lost items are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered. Sales of digital products are final and are covered by our Digital Products Policy, which also forms part of these terms.
All characters, artwork, designs, text, music and other content shown on this site, printed on our products and contained in our digital files are original works and remain our property. Buying a product gives you the product itself and nothing more. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or use our artwork or characters commercially, and you may not use them to produce goods of your own.
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, and not to copy or scrape its content for commercial purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including your shipping address and your email address, and for keeping any account details secure.
We provide the site as it is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
These terms are governed by Austrian law, the law of the place where the seller is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live continue to apply where they give you greater protection.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
